The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of parenting skills training on depression, anxiety, and quality of life of parents of children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods: In this clinical trial, 22 parents of children with autism spectrum disorders were included. Data were collected using Beck depression inventory (BDI), Beck anxiety inventory (BAI), and 26-item WHO quality of life questionnaire (WHOQOL-26). The questionnaires were completed before and after the intervention. The intervention was 8-session parenting skills training hold once a week (90min). The training sessions were designed by the researchers according to the Tripl- p (positive parenting program) and methods of training children with autism spectrum disorders. Results: There was significant difference between mean depression scores of parents before and after the intervention (P=0.026). According to the results of paired t-test, although mean anxiety score was lower after the intervention, it was not significant (P=0.263). There was no significant difference between mean score of quality of life before and after the intervention (P=0.456). Conclusion: This study showed positive effect of parenting skills training on decreasing depression of parents of children with autism spectrum disorders.}, keywords = {autism spectrum disorders,Quality of Life,Anxiety,depression,parenting}, title_fa = {اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های والدگری بر میزان افسردگی، اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی والدین کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه:وجود کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اتیسم با مجموعه‌ای از مشکلات برای خانواده‌ها و به خصوص والدین آن‌ها همراه است به طوری که مدیریت و کنار آمدن با این مشکلات نیازمند مداخلات صحیح می‌باشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های والدگری (فرزند پروری) بر میزان افسردگی، اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی والدین کودکان مبتلابه اختلالات طیف اوتیسم بود. شیوه مطالعه: این مطالعه به صورت مداخله‌ای بر روی 24 نفر از والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم اجرا شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی بک، اضطراب بک و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی 26 آیتمی (WHOQOL-26) بود. ارزیابی به صورت تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها قبل از مداخله و نیز در پایان مداخله انجام شد. مداخله به این صورت بود که 8 جلسه آموزش اصول فرزند پروری، هر هفته یک جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت 90 دقیقه برگزار شد. جلسات مداخله توسط محققین و با اقتباس از اصول  Tripl-pو روش‌های تربیت کودک اتیسم طراحی گردید. یافته‌ها:میانگین نمره افسردگی افراد مورد مطالعه قبل و بعد از مداخله آموزشی تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (0.026=P). در خصوص اضطراب نیز نتایج آزمون تی زوجی، حاکی از این بود که گرچه نمره اضطراب بعد از مداخله کاهش یافت ولی میانگین نمره اضطراب بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (0.263=P) میانگین نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی در افراد مورد مطالعه قبل و بعد از مداخله آموزشی تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (P=0.456). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از نقش مثبت آموزش مهارت‌های فرزند پروری بر کاهش افسردگی والدین کودکان اوتیسمی می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلالات طیف اتیسم,کیفیت زندگی,اضطراب,افسردگی,والدگری}, url = {https://ajcr.kmu.ac.ir/article_44190.html}, eprint = {https://ajcr.kmu.ac.ir/article_44190_ba51eee4ab082489eb12c081fc930b6d.pdf} }
