Hematuria, hypertension, and kidney diseases have closely relationship. Given the high prevalence of hypertension in children, the aim of this study was to compare it between children with hematuria and healthy children. Methods: This was a case-control study on 50 children with hematuria and 50 healthy children. Detection of hematuria was performed with urinary analysis and confirmation of diagnosis by microscopic observation. Child's blood pressure and body mass index, and parental pressure were measured accurately by one person. Then, statistical analysis was performed via SPSS software. Results: The frequency of sex (20 men and 30 women, and 21 men and 29 women in case control groups, respectively) was not significantly different between the two groups (P = 0.839), as well as other demographic variables. Children's maximum and minimum blood pressure in the case group (and mmHg) was significantly higher than the control group (88.90 vs. 81.20 and 63.93 vs. 55.86 mmHg, respectively). Significant correlations were seen between maximum blood pressure in children with hematuria with parents' minimum and maximum blood pressure, and children's age. Conclusion: Due to the elevated blood pressure in children with hematuria, child's blood pressure can be named as a risk factor in incidence of hematuria.}, keywords = {Hematuria,blood pressure,Body mass index}, title_fa = {مقایسه فراوانی پرفشاری خون در کودکان مبتلا به هماچوری و کودکان سالم}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه:هماچوری به دفع مقادیر غیر طبیعی گلبول قرمز در ادرار گفته می‌شود و می‌تواند علامتی از یک پاتولوژی کلیوی جدی یا خوش‌خیم در اطفال باشد. هماچوری، فشار خون و بیماری‌های کلیوی ارتباط تنگاتنگی با یکدیگر دارند. با توجه به شیوع بالای پرفشاری خون در کودکان، هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، تعیین ارتباط مقایسه فشار خون کودکان مبتلا به هماچوری با کودکان سالم بود. شیوه مطالعه: این مطالعه به صورت مورد- شاهدی بر روی 50 کودک مبتلا به هماچوری و 50 کودک سالم انجام شد. تشخیص هماچوری با استفاده از آزمایش آنالیز ادرار و تأیید تشخیص به وسیله مشاهده میکروسکوپی انجام گرفت. میزان فشار خون کودک، فشار خون والدین و شاخص توده بدنی (Body mass index یا BMI) به دقت توسط یک نفر اندازه‌گیری گردید. در نهایت، داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها:از نظر فراوانی جنسیت (گروه مورد: 20 پسر و 30 دختر و گروه شاهد: 21 پسر و 29 دختر)، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (0.839 = P). از نظر دیگر متغیرهای دموگرافیک نیز بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. فشار خون سیستولیک (Systolic blood pressure یا SBP) و دیاستولیک (Diastolic blood pressure یا DBP) کودکان گروه مورد (به ترتیب 88.90 و 63.93 میلی‌متر جیوه) به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (81.20 و 55.86 میلی‌متر جیوه) بود. ارتباط معنی‌دار و مستقیمی بین SBP کودک مبتلا به هماچوری با SBP و DBP والدین کودک و سن مشاهده گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به بالا بودن فشار خون در کودکان مبتلا به هماچوری، می‌توان از فشار خون کودکی به عنوان عاملی خطرساز در بروز بیماری هماچوری نام برد.}, keywords_fa = {هماچوری,فشار خون,شاخص توده بدنی}, url = {https://ajcr.kmu.ac.ir/article_46692.html}, eprint = {https://ajcr.kmu.ac.ir/article_46692_7cc677b322b460ffd02f2730d5f856f5.pdf} }
