The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of oropharyngeal dysphagia according to the damage location in patients with stroke at Ayatollah Rouhani hospital in Babol City, Iran. Methods: In this retrospective study, 1179 patients with stroke were studied for total dysphagia, gender, and injury location (cortical and subcortical). Data were analyzed using independent t and chi-square tests via SPSS software. Results: Of all patients with stroke (men: 48.36% and women: 51.64%), 31.20% had dysphagia. 33.5% of men and 29.4% of women with stroke suffering from this disorder had oropharyngeal dysphagia. The prevalence of dysphagia was not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.050). However, there was a significant difference between the prevalence of dysphagia based on the injury location (29.8% of cortical and 44.3% subcortical cases) (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Oropharyngeal dysphagia is more prevalent in subcortical stroke. But, cortical stroke has a much higher incidence and, despite lesser occurrence of dysphagia, patients with oropharyngeal dysphagia need early assessment and intervention of neurologists and dysphagia rehabilitation team.}, keywords = {Dysphagia,Stroke,Cerebral Infarction}, title_fa = {اختلال بلع دهانی- حلقی بر اساس جایگاه آسیب در بیماران دچار سکته مغزی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: یکی از عوارض شایع سکته مغزی، اختلال بلع دهانی- حلقی یا مشکل در انتقال غذا از دهان به معده است که شیوع این اختلال بر اساس جایگاه عرضه می‌تواند متفاوت باشد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی شیوع اختلال بلع دهانی- حلقی بر اساس جایگاه آسیب در بیماران دچار سکته مغزی بستری در بیمارستان آیت‌اله روحانی شهرستان بابل بود. شیوه مطالعه: در این مطالعه گذشته‌نگر، 1179 پرونده بیماران بستری شده دچار سکته مغزی به روش سرشماری از لحاظ دارا بودن اختلال بلع، با مقایسه جنسیت و جایگاه آسیب (کورتیکال و ساب‌کورتیکال) بررسی گردید. جهت ارتباط بین متغیرها از آزمون‌های Independent t و χ2 استفاده شد و در نهایت، داده‌های به دست آمده در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: از کل بیماران دچار سکته مغزی (48.36 درصد مردان و 51.64 درصد زنان)، 31.20 درصد دارای اختلال بلع بودند. 33.5 درصد از مردان و 29.4 درصد از زنان دچار این آسیب، اختلال بلع دهانی- حلقی داشتند که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین شیوع اختلال بلع در گروه زنان و مرد مشاهده نشد (0.050 < P)، اما اختلاف معنی‌داری بین میانگین شیوع اختلال بلع بر اساس جایگاه آسیب (کورتیکال با 29.8 درصد و ساب‌کورتیکال با 44.3 درصد)، وجود داشت (0.001 > P). نتیجه‌گیری: اختلال بلع دهانی- حلقی در سکته مغزی ساب‌کورتیکال از شیوع بیشتری برخوردار است. از طرف دیگر، سکته مغزی کورتیکال شیوع بسیار بالاتری دارد و با وجود رخداد کمتر اختلال بلع در آسیب‌های قشری مغز، درصد قابل توجهی از این بیماران دچار اختلال بلع دهانی- حلقی می‌گردند که این امر توجه ویژه متخصصان نورولوژی و ارجاع به هنگام این بیماران جهت توان‌بخشی بلع را ضروری می‌سازد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال بلع,سکته,سکته مغزی}, url = {https://ajcr.kmu.ac.ir/article_65132.html}, eprint = {https://ajcr.kmu.ac.ir/article_65132_4d4ef3ff0e65be74a52816db933d491d.pdf} }
